Next up is the Klingon Faction Store located in the Factions section. You get to the Klingon Faction Store by clicking on the Factions button in the upper left of the main screen (Figure 183). In the Klingon Faction Store there are a multitude of valuable items that you can purchase but your access to them is dependent on your Klingon Reputation level (Figure 184). While the items that are most important will depend on you and your current circumstances, here are some items that I recommend looking at when you have access to them: Romulan Message Exchange, recruit tokens, ship blue prints, badges, cloaking shards, and materials. Although there are many useful items in the Klingon Faction Store, the Romulan Message Exchange will be the only item covered in this article as a part of the Daily Grind.

The most import item within Klingon Faction Store, in my opinion, is the Romulan Message Exchange (Figure 185) which can be used to obtain Klingon Credits. To purchase the Klingon Credits in the Romulan Message Exchange you will need to obtain Romulan Messages. Romulan Messages are obtained by killing Romulan Scouts. Killing Romulan Scouts may also apply to your Daily Goals as explained in the Daily Goals List in this article and will help your Klingon Reputation as discussed in the article Faction Tips: Gaining Respected Status in All Three Factions.

Once claimed the reset timer for the Romulan Message Exchange is 22 hours (Figure 186). You will want to ensure that you obtain enough Romulan Messages so that you can purchase the Klingon Credits on a daily basis as this is a valuable resource for obtaining Klingon Credits. And, Klingon Credits can be used to upgrade officers and purchase ship blueprints among other things.

NOTE: What you see in the examples below may differ slightly from what you see in your Klingon Faction Store as the items available are based upon your Klingon Reputation Level. For example, at the Klingon Respected Level the Romulan Message Exchange option will cost 180 Romulan Messages for 350 Klingon Credits (Figure 185), but at the Klingon Glorified Level the Romulan Message Exchange option will cost 1,000 Romulan Messages for 630 Klingon Credits.
