Territory
Next up is the Territory tab under the Refinery section. You get to the Territory tab by clicking on the Refinery button in the upper left of the main screen. (Figure 112). The items located in this tab require: Grade 1, 2, or 3 Refined Isogen (Figure 115, Figure 116, and Figure 117), Progenitor Alloy (Figure 118), or Iso-Emulsion (Figure 123) in order to be able to purchase items from the appropriate claim boxes.
First up is Grade 1, 2, or 3 Raw Isogen. Grade 1 Raw Isogen can be refined into Refined Isogen and Iso-Emulsion (Figure 115). Grade 2 Raw Isogen can be refined into Refined Isogen, Iso-Emulsion, and Progenitor Alloy (Figure 116). Grade 3 Raw Isogen can be refined into Refined Isogen, Iso-Emulsion, and Progenitor Alloy (Figure 117). You will need Grade 1, 2, or 3 Raw Isogen on a regular, reoccurring basis in order to refine it as described above. This means that you will need to mine, or steal, the Grade 1, 2, or 3 Raw Isogen amounts that you require. Unlike in the Materials tab section of this article, stealing Grade 1, 2, or 3 Raw Isogen is a good option, especially in the territories, due to the speed at which it is usually mined and how quickly miners go Over their Protected Cargo (OPC). Although stealing is a good option, a much more consistent option is to mine it yourself. NOTE: Although Grade 1 Raw Isogen is easily mined in the Rogue systems, mining Grade 2 and 3 Raw Isogen requires you to be in an alliance that owns a territory which contains Grade 2 or 3 Raw Isogen. So, whether you own the appropriate territories or not may dictate which is the better option: stealing, mining, or possibly both.
Next up are the Progenitor items of which there are four: Emitters, Diodes, Cores, and Reactors. These items require Progenitor Alloy to purchase. As mentioned above, Progenitor Alloy is obtained by refining Grade 2 or 3 Raw Isogen (Figure 118). As far as the items that you can purchase with Progenitor Alloy: Progenitor Emitters are used by Alliances to pay for services in Level 2 and 3 Zones within the Territories (Figure 119), Progenitor Diodes are used by Alliances to pay for services in Level 2 and 3 Zones within the Territories (Figure 120), Progenitor Cores are used by Alliances to pay for services in Level 2 and 3 Zones within the Territories (Figure 121), and Progenitor Reactors are used by Alliances to pay for services in Level 2 and 3 Zones within the Territories (Figure 122). Take note that within each of the Progenitor items in this tab, you can choose between one, two, or three-chest options; but, beware the cost of these chests increase exponentially but the rewards do not (Figure 119 thru Figure 122). So, purchasing the one-chest option is the best choice.
The last item in this tab is the Iso-Resin claim box. The Iso-Resin claim box requires Iso-Emulsion to purchase (Figure 123). As mentioned above, Iso-Emulsion is obtained by refining Grade 1, 2, or 3 Raw Isogen. You will receive the following items when purchasing from this claim box: Iso-Resin, Phantom Particles, Quantum Particles, Surax Particles, and Metreon Particles (Figure 124). Each of these items are used to complete certain Territory Research located within the R&D Building in your Station. Take note that in the Iso-Resin claim box, you can choose between two-chest or three-chest options; but, beware the cost of these chests increase exponentially but the rewards do not (Figure 124). So, purchasing the two-chest option is the best choice.
Lastly, once you claim items in this tab, the reset timer is 22 hours (Figure 130 Figure 131).
